Hey whoever happens to stumble upon this pretty much dead site. I’m back in action after a year or two…and I’ve moved to a much more spiffy and up-to-date site. Come amusify yourself once again! See you there!
Robin Thicke feat. T.I. & Pharrell Blurred Lines
I never thought I’d see this particular trio of guys making a song together, but I’m quite glad they made it work. A playful and upbeat song, the video only serves to emphasize it, with the three of them goofing off the whole time with some interestingly-dressed-but-attractive women (are they wearing…plastic?!). This is definitely a nice step back from the typical radio jams nowadays, and I certify it phresh.
Daft Punk Random Access Memories (Dream Logic Remix)
I CANNOT WAIT FOR DAFT PUNK‘s NEW ALBUM ON MAY 21. THESE CAP LOCKS DOESN’T EVEN CAPTURE MY EXCITEMENT AND ANTICIPATION! Seriously. The world of music has been missing them and they can’t come back soon enough. This remix by Dream Logic is based off a 15-second teaser that the French duo posted and my god, it’s dope!
I’ve been a big fan of Morgan Page for a while. His synths just soothe my ears and the Vermontian (yeah, weird right?) knows how to choose his vocals singers. I’m hoping to catch one of his sets one day…
Morgan Page feat. Andy Caldwell and Jonathan Mendelsohn Where Did You Go
Morgan Page feat. Shelly Harland Loves Mistaken
Boston was attacked by a snowstorm this weekend. What better time than to bum it? Though it’s Monday, who says I can’t hide indoors with a couple nice tunes?
Teedra Moses Be Your Girl (Kaytranada Edition)
Teedra Moses is an American R&B and soul singer-songwriter who started off as an assistant wardrobe stylist. She put out an album in 2004 that remain unknown to most, but was critically-acclaimed. She has also wrote songs for Christian Milian and Mary J. Blige, among others. She signed with Rick Ross‘ Maybach Music Group in 2011 and has an upcoming album this year, which I am now very much looking forward to. As for Kaytranada, the man’s an up-and-coming producer from Montreal. Keep an eye out for him.
Moon Boots No One
I became an instant fan of Moon Boots when I first heard their remix of Peanut Butter. Now I look forward to any new songs of theirs. This one vibes well.
